We were waiting inside a mini bus for it to take off as the following happened: A driver from another bus came over, had a quick small talk with our driver and fetched a small carpet from the dashboard. He rolled it out on the side walk and started praying. Our driver put on a disapproving face and stepped out of the bus. He stood beside the praying colleague and when this guy came back on his feed for a moment he  grabbed the carpet. But instead of carrying it back to the bus as I had expected he put it back down and rotated it by 15 degrees counterclockwise. Satisfied with the alignment of the carpet he came back into the bus, waited until his colleague brought back the carpet, started the bus and we took off.
