We had some time to kill before our bus departure from Durban / South Africa to Maputo / Mozambique and opted for uShaka Marine World. The sun had already dropped into the sea when we entered the body of the old ship wreck in which the world’s largest aquarium is located. So late in the day we were all by ourselves in the hallways between old ship parts and surrounded by large tanks with fishes silently circling their habitat. It felt like we had left South Africa and entered a world below the sea.
