I know that you all are curious what is served at the Garden of Eva. It is a mix of raw and vegetarian food. We serve chilled raw soups from vegetables and tofu, salads, vegetarian wok dishes, fried or baked tempeh, pesto from our own herbs and fruit tarts with shells out of a nut and date mixture filled with pineapple mousse. We bake bread and we make our own crackers in the dehydrator. I haven’t lived without chicken, meat or fish for such a long time however I never felt hungry.
