We chose Göreme as our last stop in Turkey. Göreme is located in the Cappadocia region in central Anatolia which is mostly known for its unique rock formations also called fairy chimneys, cities carved into the soft rock and early morning hot air balloon rides. We got blessed with a beautiful Indian summer weather and stayed for 5 days hiking through the valleys from village to village.
